International Cooperation Office

The International Cooperation Office (ICO) of the Congress is a supporting unit under the Secretary General’s Office, whose main purpose is to properly manage resources coming from the international cooperation for the institutional strengthening of the Congress of the Republic of Peru.

Its main duties are, inter alia, to locate international cooperation sources that can provide support to congressional legislative, control, and administrative activities as well as provide advice concerning international cooperation, and execute actions to receive available resources.

The current administration shall place emphasis in developing the required actions to obtain the financial and technical resources from international cooperation in order to consolidate the institutional framework of the Congress of the Republic of Peru.
