Objective:

Allow citizens to exert their constitutional right of petition to the Congress of the Republic of Peru.

Description and Contents:

Virtual system to allow persons and institutions to place petitions (be in the form of written requests, memorials, claims, be in the form of legislative proposals).
The petitions will be processed via the Peruvian Virtual Parliament, and this will refer it to the corresponding organ: Members, Committees or the parliamentary service.
Citizens must follow up the course of their petitions.

Requirements and access:

• Fill in the petition form in: http://www2.congreso.gob.pe/sicr/parciudadana/requerim.nsf/pedidoscomisiones
• Enter the ID number, or
• The institutional name, in case of organizations;
